Reservations:
Your Professional Travel Agent can make reservations for you.
A non-refundable $250.00 per person deposit is required for each
package reserved. The remainder is due 45 days prior to departure.
If package is purchased within 75 days from departure date, payment
in full is required to reserve the package, $250.00 of which is
non-refundable. Other deposit and payment schedules may apply
for group bookings or special events. 3% administration surcharge
applies for any airline tickets paid by credit card.
USA
Golf Holidays.com cancellation policy:
Cancellation must be received by phone and confirmed in writing.
Cancellations properly received up to 45 days prior to departure
forfeit deposit paid. Cancellations properly received between
15 and 45 days prior to departure result in penalty of 25% of
package price or $200 per person, whichever is greater. Cancellations
properly received within 14 days of departure incur penalty of
75% of the package price. Other penalties may apply for group
bookings.
Other:
Reservations made within 21 days of departure are subject
to a late booking fee. Changes to reservations after payment is
received are subject to an administrative fee. Surcharges may
be applied to Holiday and high season departures. Each USA Golf
Holidays.com office determines which charges will apply as well
as credit card acceptance. All incidental and third party charges
that are not mentioned in the contract have to be borne by the
passenger or client. It is the responsibility of the passenger
and client to provide USA Golf Holidays.com with the proper information
and documentation in a timely fashion. All information and documentation
must be received within 75 days of departure for group and special
event bookings.
Please
note:
* Prices and/or inclusions are subject to change. * Unless
otherwise stated, the room category included is run of the house.
* Unless otherwise stated, villa/condo style accommodation includes
weekly maid service only. * Where seasonally causes low occupancy,
some hotels may close certain facilities, such as restaurants,
nightclubs, etc, without prior notice. * Unlimited green fees
entitles passenger to one round guaranteed daily - additional
rounds at no extra charge, subject to availability. Most courses
will not pre-book tee times for single golfer. * Inclusions listed
as "daily" refers to one inclusion per night of accommodation.
* Where possible, resorts do major golf course maintenance during
the off peak and low season. Since most of the courses are open
12 months per year, it is possible you may encounter top dressing,
coring, over-seeding and other such regular maintenance features,
during your golf holiday. * Gas, tax and insurance on rental car
are not included in the package price and must be paid locally
to car rental company. Some rental locations will also impose
local fees, which are the responsibility of the client. * Holiday
and/or special events may be subject to surcharge and/or minimum
stay requirements. * Unless otherwise stated, incidental items
such as, room charges, parking, club storage, etc. are not included.
* No refund or rain check allowed on any unused tour services.*
No credit of any kind is allowed for any group or special event
booking.
Responsibility:
USA Golf Holidays.com will endeavor to satisfy clients' requirements,
nevertheless, we must reserve the right at any time to withdraw
any application or to cancel any bookings made by clients. In
which event no liability whatsoever, in respect of such cancellation
or withdrawal shall fall upon USA Golf Holidays.com. There shall
be refunded to the client the monies already paid by him in respect
of the booking so canceled or the application so withdrawn. USA
Golf Holidays.com issues all tickets and books all transport arrangements
and hotel accommodation reservations as agent only upon the express
condition that they shall not be held liable for any injury damage,
loss, accident, delay or irregularity, which may be occasioned
either by reason of any default in any vehicle or through act
of default on any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger,
or in carrying out the arrangements on the holiday(s) or otherwise
in connection therewith, or of conditions of the carriers' standard
ticket.
USA Golf Holidays.com does
not accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses due
to delay or changes, in air, rail, road, sea or other services,
quarantine, sickness, strikes, war, weather, or other causes.
Such losses and expenses will have to be borne by the passengers
or clients. Cancellation insurance is highly recommended. Transportation
companies whose services are featured in these tours are not to
be held responsible for any act; omissions or event during the
time passengers are not on board their conveyance.
The passage contract in
use by these companies when issued shall constitute the sole contract
between the companies and the passenger. If any problem, dispute
or issue exists, it is the responsibility of the passenger or
client to contact USA Golf Holidays.com.
USA Golf Holidays.com or
its agents assume no responsibility for lost tickets or vouchers,
third party charges.
USA Golf Holidays.com is
not responsible for any third party charges. Any collections of
legal fees, late fees and service charges have to be borne by
the passenger or client. USA Golf Holidays.com reserves the right
to cancel or delay any arrangement of services contracted if any
of the above terms and conditions is not fulfilled. In such a
case USA Golf Holidays.com reserves the right to hold or not return
any deposits or payments. All complaints or refund issues have
to be submitted in writing and have to be received by USA Golf
Holidays.com within 14 days after return from the holiday or event.
No complaints filed directly with any contracted agent or supplier
of USA Golf Holidays.com will be accepted and will result with
immediate forfeitures of deposits or payments. Written complaints
must be sent via Fax or mail; verbal and e-mails are not accepted.
